Being in the mount Pananjakan, with a direct view of mount Bromo, east of the Java island. One of my last stop before heading to Bali, after traveling all the way from Jakarta.
The day was exhausting, started to drive at 23:00, to make it to the viewpoint on time for the sunrise. Then heading with an old Toyota FJ45 Land Cruiser (I think!) toward the active volcano... All worth it!

The sunrise was breathtaking, it felt somehow surreal at the moment, taking me time to realize where I was, what I was seeing and the privilege I had...
Photo wise, I didn't forgot my tripod at the hotel... Which made it more challenging & higher ISO then I wished. It turned alright, but still noisy. The M50 is dealing quite nicely with it.

In the end, not a lot of diversity beside the colors changing over time in the photos, and seeing the volcano fumes moving along...
