Ubud, Indonesia

Last home base of my travel plan, Ubud. Surprisingly as packed as Bali sea-side, when you stay in the main areas.
With some research, I managed to find more isolated places, walking through undisturbed and peacefully. The rice fields were a new thing to me, I read and learned a lot about it.

Photos were taken in the late afternoon. Knowing the sunset happens around 5:00, this let me with quite some gold hours shots...
Flying around was the most beautiful experience, nature and impressive greenery all around.

This album mix two locations: The Ridge in Ubud first, and then the more touristy Ceking Rice Terrace.
First place is more authentic as being actively used and not monetized: you simply walk by..
The second one is made specifically to look good for tourists to come.

I definitely preferred the 1st location...
