This page break my mind, as it is simply named "Singapore", deviating from the "city - [state] - country" pattern, being a city|country|island altogether 😄
Beside my broken pattern, the city is a must see, in my case during a long layover from Europe to Indonesia.
Stretching between utopia and a dystopian impression, it manage to somehow leave me with an impression of both.

One look left or right, poverty or extreme wealthiness. Heritage monument or ultra brutalist architecture. Buddhist temple or bank institution. Locals birds chirping or F-15 roaring.
It is hard to describe the city, as it has so many levels of perception and visibility, depending what you're willing to see. And I still don't have a final opinion on it!
